The Ayurvedic method

Park Am See brings authentic Ayurveda to northern Germany, combining ancient Indian healing techniques with modern wellness treatments. Each guest’s programme begins with an intake consultation and continues with daily consultations of around an hour with experienced Indian Ayurveda doctors, who develop and adjust an individual treatment plan.

Programmes centre on Panchakarma detoxification and full-body Ayurvedic massage, with the emphasis on holistic healing, regeneration and balance across body, mind and soul. Yoga forms an important part of the treatment, led by experienced yoga masters from India, alongside meditation and mantra sessions.

Ayurvedic cuisine

Dining is at the ANADI Ayurvedic Restaurant, led by an Indian chef, where each guest receives an individually tailored daily meal plan accompanied by nutritional recommendations. The kitchen is attentive to special requests and personal dietary needs in line with Ayurvedic principles.

Facilities and setting

The retreat occupies Alt Rehse Castle Park on the western shore of Lake Tollensesee, within the Tollense Basin nature reserve, around 130 km from Berlin and reachable by train. Traditional thatched half-timbered houses stand within the peaceful parkland.

Rooms are offered as deluxe and standard double rooms and as comfort single and double rooms. Facilities include lakeside saunas, a modern fitness room, a seminar room and direct access to the lake and extensive grounds. The property forms part of the Nattika group.
