It was founded with a deep knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is at the heart of the blissful programs and protocols of the Lefay SPA Method.
Lefay Garda offers a 4,300 sqm Lefay SPA World and well-designed programs. They include initial medical examinations to determine energy levels, targeted diagnostics (e.g., intestinal and sleep check-ups, ANS monitoring), and prescriptive nutrition served at La Limonaia restaurant. The treatments combine acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, postural and osteopathic work with cryotherapy and NanoVi cellular repair sessions, complemented by energy-rebalancing activities such as Qi Gong, meridian stretching, and guided walks in the therapeutic garden.
Lefay Garda is also a family friendly destination, thanks to the attentions for families and the kids club. A number of spa treatments are also accessible for children, which is rare and an absolute pleasure for the young ones.

Programmes include Antistress, Sleep, Detox, Weight, Fitness, Immune System and Intestine, Beauty of Body and Mind, Longevity, Discovery, and Letting Go. Most are offered for 5 or 10 nights, while Discovery and Letting Go are offered for 3 nights.
In the Antistress programme, autonomic nervous system status is monitored through ANS assessments and Psycho-Physiological Stress Tests. Breathing retraining, acupuncture, tuina, moxibustion, and targeted energy massages are used to reduce sympathetic dominance and recalibrate autonomic balance.
