Lefay Garda offers a 4,300 sqm Lefay SPA World and well-designed programs. They include initial medical examinations to determine energy levels, targeted diagnostics (e.g., intestinal and sleep check-ups, ANS monitoring), and prescriptive nutrition served at La Limonaia restaurant. The treatments combine acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, postural and osteopathic work with cryotherapy and NanoVi cellular repair sessions, complemented by energy-rebalancing activities such as Qi Gong, meridian stretching, and guided walks in the therapeutic garden.
