ZEM offers integrative health programs focusing on anti-ageing, immunity, detox, well-being and weight management. ZEM also offers Boosts can be added to programs, in order to increase focus on specific objectives, such as aesthetics, brain health and performance, pain relief, sleep, and sexual wellness.
Each program at ZEM is completely tailored to individual needs. The multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide a balance between physical, mental, and emotional health, guiding guests towards a healthier and fuller life.

The aim of the ZEM Immune Revitalisation programme is to optimise the guest’s immune system, providing a strong and effective barrier against disease and stress.
The ZEM Weight Management programme provides guests with a set of strategies and medical guidelines to attain and maintain a healthy body weight and improve their overall health.
Through a holistic approach, the Weight Management & Detox program at ZEM addresses both weight loss and body detoxification. Its main aim is overall regeneration by restoring each person’s physiological nutritional values.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, within 5 working days after confirmation of the quotation. The deposit is 100% in case of booking in the Royal Suite. The payment of the remaining 50% of the contracted services must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Between 27 and 14 days, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking (i.e. the deposit) will be applied. After that, 100% of the booking is charged.
ZEM is designed for adults seeking a focused health and wellness retreat.
Small pets are allowed at ZEM. An additional fee of 50 EUR per night applies.
