ZEM is a brand new luxury wellness clinic, with unparalleled comfort and flexibility to adapt to each client's needs. It is located in the beautiful and sunny small town of Altea, in Spain.
ZEM offers integrative health programs focusing on anti-ageing, immunity, detox, well-being and weight management. ZEM also offers Boosts which can be added to programs, in order to increase focus on specific objectives, such as aesthetics, brain health and performance, pain relief, sleep, and sexual wellness.

Her field is precision, preventive and predictive medicine, and her stated priority is the early detection of risk factors and the prevention of chronic disease. She also works in regenerative and integrative medicine, and speaks Spanish, English, Norwegian and Portuguese.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, within 5 working days after confirmation of the quotation. The deposit is 100% in case of booking in the Royal Suite. The payment of the remaining 50% of the contracted services must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Between 27 and 14 days, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking (i.e. the deposit) will be applied. After that, 100% of the booking is charged.

You can come to ZEM for just a few days and this is already a heavenly relaxing experience. However to enjoy lasting result, we usually advise our clients to stay at least 7 nights or longer if their agenda allows.

Where is ZEM and how do I get there?
ZEM stands above Altea on Spain's Costa Blanca, looking over the Mediterranean. Alicante airport is about 50 minutes by car. Valencia is the alternative, around 90 minutes, with wide European connections.
How does ZEM compare to SHA Spain?
The two are very close to one another. SHA has been there for more than 15 years and is famous worldwide. ZEM is newer and more luxurious, and the experience feels more personal and more adaptable.
Is ZEM suitable for couples?
Yes, and it works well even when the two of you want different things. One can follow a medical program while the other builds the stay around spa treatments, movement and the pool. Program schedules are aligned on request.
