ZEM offers integrative health programs focusing on anti-ageing, immunity, detox, well-being and weight management. ZEM also offers Boosts can be added to programs, in order to increase focus on specific objectives, such as aesthetics, brain health and performance, pain relief, sleep, and sexual wellness.
Each program at ZEM is completely tailored to individual needs. The multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide a balance between physical, mental, and emotional health, guiding guests towards a healthier and fuller life.
ZEM Wellness Clinic invites you to let the Mediterranean rhythm slow you down. the different health and wellness programs draw from the land, sea, and light of the beautiful small town of Altea (the name Altea literally refers to longevity, which says a lot about why the energy at ZEM is so special!). The approach blends ancient healing practices with the latest in longevity science.
The approach of ZEM is backed by science, with a remarkable dedication to diagnostic excellence and longevity. The team stems from 25 different medical specialties. During your program at ZEM, you are quite literally surrounded by experts who truly see you, and collaborate to help you optimise your health and well-being.
Each day during the program brings time with compassionate doctors, psychologists (a huge plus!), and coaches. Not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you step into greater alignment and authenticity. A journey with ups and downs, but for sure you ZEM teams provide an incredible support along the way.
The chef at ZEM creates personalized, anti-inflammatory meals from ingredients grown on their own organic farm Finca Althaya, a few minutes away from the clinic. Food at ZEM isn’t just fuel, it’s medicine, memory, and pleasure, following the principles of Mediterranean longevity.

There are 85 rooms and 10 suites at ZEM, so it's a fairly large wellness resort, but it feels very exclusive, a magnificent boutique designed for stillness and rest. The rooms in particular breathe beauty and calm. That's the greatest part of ZEM being in Altea: sweeping views of the sea or the mountains. And this energising feeling of being nurtured by natural light all year round: you can't get enough of the 300 days of sun per year!

As your Private Wellness Companion is not there to direct your program or replace the expertise of the doctors / practitioners caring for you. Our role is simpler, and perhaps more essential: to be by your side. To offer a familiar face in an unfamiliar setting, to help you feel at ease, to bridge communication between you and your care team, and to ensure you always feel supported, heard, and never alone.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, within 5 working days after confirmation of the quotation. The deposit is 100% in case of booking in the Royal Suite. The payment of the remaining 50% of the contracted services must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Between 27 and 14 days, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking (i.e. the deposit) will be applied. After that, 100% of the booking is charged.
ZEM is designed for adults seeking a focused health and wellness retreat.
Small pets are allowed at ZEM. An additional fee of 50 EUR per night applies.
