My Favorite Moments
One of my favorite spots in the entire resort was the glass-walled sauna, suspended high above the property and offering a jaw-dropping view of Lake Garda. Sitting there in total silence, gazing out at the water, was an experience I won't soon forget.
Christophe's favorite parts? The outdoor fitness, the energy of the forest at the edge of Lefay's private park, and the mesmerizing infinity pool. He said it was hard to keep focus on laps when you can enjoy such an incredible view over the lake.
There are two other awesome pools at Lefay: the indoor/outdoor relaxation pool with different jets and bubbles, and an even warmer indoor pool exclusively for adults.
The fitness center is remarkable, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Working out at Lefay Garda feels like a privilege rather than a chore.
The Food Freedom
The dining experience is a journey in itself. I loved the mix of health-conscious dishes and indulgent Italian classics. Everyone is totally free to choose how healthy they want to eat, depending on their objectives.
The chefs are flexible too. Whether you're following a specific wellness program or simply craving a decadent meal, they make sure you're happy. That flexibility matters when you're trying to make changes that actually last.
And the Michelin-starred restaurant offers one of the most incredible views. We have to come back in summer to enjoy the terrace.
