The Method

Lanserhof Lans works according to the Lanserhof Method - obviously. This approach is derived from F.X. Mayr medicine, but modernised and adapted to today's life and challenges, and incorporating state-of-the-art medicine. It is recognized for its integrative approach that combines natural healing (including energy therapies when relevant) as well as the latest preventive health technologies.

The food

Lanserhof creates a menu which is exactly tailored to your objectives and needs, and follows the Lanserhof Method. Some guests are on a fasting plan. Others get to eat menus which give them plenty of energy but still helps their gut system take a rest. And other guests enjoy food which doesn't feel like a medical health resort: it is really delicious and beautiful, but nonetheless healthy. And yes, it includes nice desserts.
