Serenity Ways Origins (formerly known as Le Domaine de Sirius) is a Holistic Boutique Luxury Retreat. A unique place dedicated to well-being, Ayurveda, healthy and plant-based food, sports, meditation and nature.
Serenity Ways Origins was founded by Victoire Spoerry, and it is a very personal experience, an interlude at the cross-roads of life:

The property
The Serenity Ways Origins method
A timeless haven
Serenity Ways Origins welcomes you in a cosy, beautiful and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Purple Périgord. The property dates from the beginning of the 18th century and has been entirely renovated with high-end comfort. A traditional exterior with timeless stones, and a modern interior designed by the interior architect of Le Bon Marché in Paris. Around the house, the meadows, the permaculture vegetable garden and the forest invite you to reconnect with nature, energies and yourself.
Plant-based and holistic retreat
Serenity Ways Origins serves plant-based gastronomy. All ingredients come from the best local producers, everything is cooked at home with love. Even those who normally don't like vegetables appreciate Victoire's cuisine : she has a unique talent to share the joys of the best vegan dishes, the best cakes and desserts. The food at Serenity Ways Origins is also highly anti-inflammatory (virtually gluten-free, seasonal vegetables and fruits, etc.)
The wellness approaches at Serenity Ways Origins are multiple, combining the best of ancient traditions from around the world, and leveraging the special energies of the domain. Guests experience strong reconnections with their intuition, feel the soothing and healing power of the devine, and let go of traumas they no longer need to carry.

Serenity Ways Origins only offers 5 guest rooms, each with a great level of comfort.
This boutique approach allows Victoire to take the best care of every guest. You feel welcome by a friend, a guiding hand on a transformational journey. You are not a client, you are truly a special guest, and you are taken care of wholly.
Each room has a special energy: sun (Chiron), water (Neptune), earth (Lune 2), air (Lune 1) ... Guests sleep like they have rarely slept in their whole life: restorative sleep and vivid dreams in the same time. It is also one of those places where you can sleep with your windows open all night long when the season allows, with the stars and the moon watching over your sleep.
Serenity Ways Origins also offers a 12x6m outdoor heated swimming pool.

As your Private Wellness Companion is not there to direct your program or replace the expertise of the doctors / practitioners caring for you. Our role is simpler, and perhaps more essential: to be by your side. To offer a familiar face in an unfamiliar setting, to help you feel at ease, to bridge communication between you and your care team, and to ensure you always feel supported, heard, and never alone.

Is there a WiFi at Serenity Ways Origins?
At Serenity Ways Origins, you are encouraged to disconnect. And the cell phone signal is not very reliable. But there is a good WiFi in all the room and in the common areas. The Internet connexion is high-speed and powered by Starlink.
Do I need to have my own car when coming to Serenity Ways Origins?
Having your own car is highly recommended, as Serenity Ways Origins is relatively remote. Although you will be fully occupied during your retreat at Serenity Ways Origins, you may want to enjoy the beauties and cultural wonders of the region before or after your retreat: the truffle market, the castles, the beautiful villages, canoeing on the rivers ... You will appreciate having your own car to go around.
As the food is plant-based, will I be hungry?
Guests report being surprised about how well-fed they feel with the cuisine offered at Serenity Ways Origins, even during sport-based retreats or those used to a diet relying heavily on animal proteins. Chances are, you will be served more food than you can eat, and will feel a level of energy you have rarely felt before!
