The Revital Spa program focuses on reactivating energy through spa therapies, hydrotherapy, and bioenergetic treatments. It shares the same medical framework but with a lighter treatment schedule.

Guests follow the Palace Biolight® Nutrition track, which is less restrictive than the Detox diet. Treatments include hydro-aromatherapy, relaxation massages, and full access to the spa facilities including pools, saunas, and hammam.

Available as a 4-day program (5 nights, from €2,450) or a 6-day program (7 nights, from €3,615). One mandatory medical consultation is charged separately at €132. All meals are included.

Palace Merano's signature program and the most popular choice among guests. The Revital Detox® protocol works through hydro-aromatherapy, phyto-mud wraps, energy massages, and a strict plant-based diet to eliminate toxins and reset metabolic function. Each day follows a structured schedule of 4 to 6 treatments.

The program starts with blood analysis, bio-impedance testing, and a medical consultation. Results shape a personalized treatment plan. Additional options include vitamin IV drips, ozone therapy, and sessions with a personal trainer.

Designed for guests who want to restore physical fitness and stamina through medically supervised exercise. The focus is on postural training, functional movement, and gradual reconditioning rather than high-intensity sport. Hydro-mud treatments and energy massages support muscle recovery between sessions.

Nutrition follows the Palace Sport® track with higher calories and protein to fuel physical activity. The Sport Recovery Lab provides advanced rehabilitation equipment for targeted muscle work.

The newest program at Palace Merano, launched when the Relax & Balance department opened in 2024. This program focuses on emotional wellbeing and stress release through mindfulness, music therapy, flotation sessions, and yoga-based breathwork.

Treatments target deep psychophysical tension. Flotation therapy and yoga massages feature prominently. The dietary approach is more flexible than the Detox track, though meals remain plant-based and nutritionally balanced.

The most intensive physical program at Palace Merano, aimed at athletes and highly active guests who want to push their limits under medical supervision. Training sessions focus on improving strength, balance, and overall performance with support from the Sport Recovery Lab.

The program builds on the same diagnostic framework as other Revital programs, with blood work and bio-impedance analysis informing a personalized training plan. Nutrition follows the Palace Sport® track. Recovery therapies combine sports massage with hydro-mud treatments.
