Camiral Golf & Wellness in Girona is not a medical clinic. It is a luxury resort with an excellent spa, set inside the PGA Catalunya resort. The wellness programs focus on stress recovery, movement, and nutrition coaching. It suits guests who want a wellness break without a clinical feel, or couples where one person wants golf and the other wants spa treatments.

Viluz in Mallorca is the newest addition. A boutique wellness property on the island, it blends longevity science with a Mediterranean lifestyle approach. For guests who want to combine a wellness stay with the beauty and culture of Mallorca, it is a compelling choice.

Spring and autumn are the best seasons. March to May and September to November give you warm days without the peak summer heat. SHA in particular gets very busy in January (New Year detox season) and in October. If you prefer a quieter stay, April or late September are ideal.

Getting to SHA is easy. Alicante airport is a two-hour flight from most European capitals, and the clinic is 30 minutes from the terminal. ZEM near Marbella is best reached via Malaga airport, about 45 minutes by car. Camiral is 90 minutes north of Barcelona, near Girona airport. Viluz is a short transfer from Palma de Mallorca airport.

Spain is noticeably more affordable than Switzerland for comparable medical wellness programs. A full diagnostic week at SHA costs roughly half of what you would pay at Clinique La Prairie. ZEM is priced below the Austrian Mayr clinics for similar protocols. For guests who want clinical depth without the Swiss price tag, Spain is the strongest alternative in Europe.
