Longevity & Vitality is a preventive health wellness program. It targets cellular health, mitochondrial efficiency, and tissue regeneration through an integrated protocol: innovative therapies, movement, and nutrition.
The treatments combine cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, oxygen chamber therapy, Icoone body and facial treatments, and targeted facials, alongside yoga/Pilates and holistic massage to enhance collagen production, reduce inflammation, and support metabolic function.

This wellness program is designed to detoxify and revitalise the body, from the inside out, in particular the liver and kidneys. It creates a physical and mental reset, and rebalances and boosts your energy. Optionally, you can add intermittent fasting with this program.
It's an ideal program for seasonal transitions. It's also highly recommended after stressful periods or to recover after hormonal treatments.
The detoxification method at Camiral is primarily based on nutrition, photobiomodulation, as well as personal training sessions and yoga practices. Other treatments include cryotherapy, oxygen chamber therapy or pressotherapy, and lymphatic-focused bodywork (Icoone, Bioline).

Camiral is also famous for its 2 golf courses, in particular the Stadium Golf Course: it is the best golf course in Spain, and the 3rd best golf course in Europe.

In case of a No Show, 100% of contracted services will be charged.
