A team of specialist physicians follows a holistic, integrated medicine approach built on three pillars: nutrition, physical exercise, and relaxation. Every programme begins with a thorough consultation and assessment, including bioimpedance measurement, AGE Reader testing, and blood analysis, to create a fully personalised plan.
Areas of specialisation include detox, weight management, stress management, longevity, and sleep therapy. The Mediterranean Health programmes (Essential and Intensive) combine medical consultations, body-shaping spa treatments, thalasso rituals, personalised diet plans based on the Mediterranean tradition, cooking classes, and private coaching sessions. More intensive packages such as Stress Management Intensive and Longevity Booster add acupuncture, Tuina, and extended treatment series.
