In Ortisei, deep in Val Gardena, ADLER Balance is the group’s most clinical address. This is doctor-led, diagnostics-first medical wellness under the ADLER Med banner: your stay opens with a medical consultation and a real work-up — blood panels, bioimpedance, Age Reader, heavy-metal screening — so the programme is built around your body, not a template. ADLER Thermae — thermal longevity in Tuscany
In Bagno Vignoni, in the Val d’Orcia, ADLER Thermae is built around its own natural thermal waters. The mood is gentler and more restorative than Balance — full board, gourmet Tuscan dinners, thermal pools, an underground salt pool — with a longevity and Ayurvedic slant. It is where medical wellness meets deep relaxation in the countryside.

Adler’s only beach resort sits on a clifftop within a nature park, a private white-sand beach below and the Mediterranean filling every window. The approach here is marine and Mediterranean — thalassotherapy, sea-view treatment rooms, twice-daily sound baths on relaxation loungers, and the AQUAE world of heated saline pools. It is wellness for pleasure, with excellent value.

ADLER Lodge Alpe — the alpine nature retreat
High on the Alpe di Siusi, ADLER Lodge Alpe is the collection’s nature escape: chalets and lodge suites, forest and meadow all around, and wellness woven into the mountain rhythm rather than delivered as a clinical programme. There is no medical spa-with-stay package for the summer season — a dedicated winter programme is on its way — but the setting, the spa and the outdoor life make it a natural place to switch off.
Best for: mountain air, digital-detox calm and unwinding in nature.
ADLER Ritten — the active week
On the sunny Renon (Ritten) plateau above Bolzano, ADLER Ritten is the collection’s most active proposition.
