The Chenot Method
At Chenot, the programs follow the Chenot Method, a proprietary medical wellness system developed over nearly 50 years of research.
Henri Chenot designed the foundations of the Chenot Method in a clinic in Cannes in 1974, before continuing the research for many years in Merano (first at Villa Eden, then for many years in Palace Merano). Until finally, Chenot created its own facility, in Switzerland. Over the years, many professional athletes and celebrities have adopted the Chenot Method.

Most of the Chenot programs focus on resetting and rejuvenating the body at the cellular level through a holistic approach combining diagnostics, detox and preventive medicine. These programs include the famous Chenot Diet, which is a fasting-mimicking diet with around 850 calories per day.
Chenot also offers a next-generation medical check-up program, which includes some the most advanced diagnostics available to date, and truly insightful consultations focused on preventive health and longevity.

Chenot diet
Chenot cuisine is, of course, wonderfully healthy, but it is also beautiful and genuinely delicious, so eating well here is a real pleasure, even in the smaller quantities that the detox programmes call for. The kitchens turn plant-based, detoxifying ingredients into dishes that are as satisfying as they are restorative.
In keeping with the plant-based Chenot Diet, the food supports cellular rejuvenation, and no caffeine or alcohol is served.
