SHA operates two locations: SHA Spain in L'Albir, Alicante, and SHA Mexico near Cancun in Riviera Maya. Both share the same SHA Method and program structure, but pricing differs significantly between the two.
All prices shown are starting prices per person for the minimum recommended stay. Actual costs depend on your room category, season, and any add-on treatments.
SHA Spain Program Prices (EUR)
SHA Spain prices are in euros and reflect the original flagship clinic, which opened in 2008.
- Rebalance & Energize: from €2,500 to €7,000, depending on the duration of stay. A structured program focused on restoring balance through nutrition, fitness, and stress management techniques. Includes a medical consultation, personalized nutrition plan, and a selection of therapies. But it's not a very medical program, it's rather holistic.
- Leader's Performance: from €3,500 to €10,000. Designed for executives and high-performers seeking cognitive optimization, stress resilience, and sustained energy. Includes advanced diagnostics, neuroscience-based therapies, and performance coaching.
- Detox & Optimal Weight: from €4,500 to €8,000. SHA's signature detox program combining nutritional reset, digestive health optimization, and body composition work. Includes full medical assessment, personalized meal plan, and targeted treatments.
- Intensive Detox & Optimal Weight: from €6,000 to €10,000. A deeper, longer version of the Detox program with more intensive medical supervision, additional treatments, and extended follow-up protocols.
- Advanced Longevity: from €7,500 to €12,000. SHA's most comprehensive offering. Combines cutting-edge genetic testing, biomarker analysis, regenerative medicine, and a full spectrum of preventive treatments for lasting health optimization.
- Tailor-Made: from €2,500. Work with SHA's medical team to design a fully bespoke program around your specific health goals. Every treatment, consultation, and therapy is customized to you.
- Stay Your Way: from €1,200. The most flexible option: choose your suite, enjoy the SHA environment, the healthy cuisine, and book treatments a la carte. Ideal for return guests or shorter discovery stays.
SHA Mexico Program Prices (USD)
SHA Mexico prices are in US dollars. Opened in January 2024, it is SHA's first location in the Americas and offers the same programs in a Caribbean beachfront setting.

- Detox & Optimal Weight: from $5,200.
- Intensive Detox & Optimal Weight: from $7,000.
- Leader's Performance: from $4,000 to $11,400.
- Advanced Longevity: from $8,250.

- Stay Your Way: from $700. But it's not an option for first-time SHA guests: only for returning guests, who take specific treatments and do not wish to do a program.

What Affects Your Final Price
The program price is only part of the total cost. Several factors determine what you will ultimately pay:
- Room category: SHA Spain offers suites ranging from the Deluxe Suite to the Penthouse Residence, while SHA Mexico features oceanfront rooms from Superior to Royal Suite plus two-bedroom residences. The room supplement can add anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand per night.
- Duration: Most programs have a minimum stay of 4 to 7 nights, but many guests stay for 10 to 14 nights for deeper results. Longer stays typically offer better per-night value.
- Season: High season (winter in both destinations) commands premium pricing. Shoulder seasons (spring and autumn) often offer the best balance of weather and value.
- Add-on treatments: Both locations offer an extensive menu of individual treatments, from cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen to genetic testing and aesthetic procedures, that can be added to any program. SHA is very good for non-invasive aesthetics, and many guests really love it.
