Vibropuncture, kinesiotherapy and Ayurvedic technique applied to the head, neck and shoulders, which is where most desk work and most screen time ends up.

You lie down and the bowls and gong are played around and on the body. Alex describes the soft sound and deep vibration as releasing emotional blockages and improving the connection between the two hemispheres of the brain, working on alpha and theta waves. That is his account of how it works and we pass it on as his. We know of no controlled trial of sound therapy that settles the mechanism either way.

Alex comes to you and stays. A villa, a chalet, a yacht, or a hotel where you are already booked, for three consecutive days or more.
A day covers up to five private sessions from his treatment and sound list, in whatever mix the group wants, plus one group sound session in the evening. Consultations before a treatment are not charged. He arrives with more than eighty kilos of instruments, so he needs a room he can leave set up for the length of the booking.

The property
Alex Savov is a massage practitioner and sound healing specialist with more than twenty years of practice, and a master’s degree in kinesiotherapy. He works in singing bowls and gong, therapeutic deep tissue, Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage, Lomi-Lomi and cupping. He fuses several of them inside a single session, which is what he means by having his own style.
Those twenty years have largely been spent as a visiting practitioner at wellness resorts and hotels around the world, most recently Gili Lankanfushi in the Maldives. Spain is home, and he likes to travel, so we book him wherever you are. A villa, a chalet, a yacht, or a hotel where you are already staying.

One practitioner and one guest, in your own space, at a time you choose. The sound work asks nothing of you beyond lying down, which suits guests who have never managed to sit through a meditation. The group session takes a family or a set of friends together. Nothing here is a clinical setting and he does not present it as one.

How long is a session?
Massages run 60 or 90 minutes. Sonic Resonance Therapy is 75 minutes. The group sound session is 90 minutes and needs three people or more.

How many days should we book him for?
