Lanserhof Classic is the medical basis therapy structuring each guest’s stay with physician-led diagnostics and individualized treatment planning. The 7-night protocol includes initial, interim (with manual abdominal treatments), and final medical examinations supported by bioimpedance analysis and urine testing. Therapeutic modalities focus on detoxification and regulation with lymphatic wraps, drainage, foot baths, and healing/therapeutic massage, complemented by daily group movement and relaxation sessions. Medical on-call and night service are provided throughout. A two-week stay is recommended for more durable outcomes.
