Same price as Six Senses Ibiza's own site, never more, with an independent expert advisor by your side.
Six Senses Ibiza sits on Cala Xarraca on the wild northern coast, which is the half of the island that never became a nightclub. It is a serious wellness property that happens to be in Ibiza rather than an Ibiza hotel with a spa, and the distinction shows in how much medical infrastructure is on site.
There are two operations here, and understanding the difference matters. Six Senses Spa runs to 1,200 square metres with a steam room, hammam, fitness area, outdoor massage catacombs and direct access to the organic gardens where the spa botanicals and Alchemy Bar ingredients are grown. It is the only hammam on the island.
RoseBar is the other, and it is the reason this property is in a different category from the rest of the Balearics. A 500 square metre pioneering Longevity Club with a hyperbaric chamber, full body cryotherapy, photobiomodulation therapy, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, medical consultation rooms and an intravenous nutrition station, staffed by a functional medicine doctor, a health coach and a nutritionist. The stated aim is measurable diagnostics and turning back the biological clock, which is a claim most beach resorts would not attempt and could not support.
The property
Six Senses Spa, and the RoseBar Longevity Club
The property’s own summary of its values is short: longevity, spiritual wellbeing and science. Smart technology is used to measure wellness, inner health, movement and sleep patterns, and the experts then personalise treatments, activities and nutritional advice from those readings. The stated goal is a balanced body and mind that you can sustain once you go home rather than a week that ends at the airport.
Six Senses Spa is described by the property as an intuitive mix of science and human awareness, high-tech and high-touch together, running from tailored treatments by global practitioners and expert yogic masters through to functional fitness, anti-ageing work and multi-day Immersive Retreats.
RoseBar is the longevity arm and it is genuinely equipped: hyperbaric chamber, full body cryotherapy, photobiomodulation therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, a longevity lounge, medical consultation rooms and an intravenous nutrition station, with a functional medicine doctor, health coach and nutritionist on hand. The framing is cutting edge science combined with long held spiritual wisdom, aimed at biological age, prime performance and lifespan.
The four core programmes share a three-part structure that makes them easy to compare: Body, which is the treatment work, Movement, which is the training, and Mind work, which is meditation, pranayama and sound healing. Each also carries a Nourish element of menu and dietary guidelines. One practical point: the food itself is not included in any programme price and is quoted separately depending on the meal plan you choose.
Eat With Six Senses, from the organic gardens
Every programme includes menu and dietary guidelines designed for what that programme is trying to achieve: nourishing the brain and relaxing the body on Sleep, boosting energy on Fitness, relaxing the mind on Yoga, and supporting the detoxification process on Detox.
The gardens do real work here. The organic gardens are directly accessible from the outdoor massage catacombs and grow the ingredients for both the spa botanicals and the Alchemy Bar, so the same plants end up in the treatments and in the kitchen.
Be clear on the commercial structure before you book: the food offering is explicitly not included in the price of any programme, and the final cost of the meal plan varies with the menu you choose. Programme, room and food are three separate numbers here.
Cala Xarraca, 1,200 m² of spa and 500 m² of longevity club
Six Senses Spa covers 1,200 square metres and holds a steam room, a hammam, a state-of-the-art fitness area and the treatment spaces. Outdoors there are massage catacombs opening directly onto the organic gardens. The hammam is the only one on Ibiza, and the Hammam Purification Journey is the property’s signature because of it.
RoseBar adds a further 500 square metres as a dedicated Longevity Club: a longevity lounge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, cold plunge, photobiomodulation therapy, full body cryotherapy, medical consultation rooms and an intravenous nutrition station.
The setting is Cala Xarraca near Portinatx, on the northern coast well away from the island’s club strip. This is the quiet, rugged, pine-covered side of Ibiza, which is what makes a genuine wellness stay here plausible in a way it would not be in the south.

Frequently asked questions
What is the atmosphere like, and who stays here?
Barefoot and social rather than clinical, in the Six Senses register, but with considerably more substance behind it than the setting suggests. Because it is a resort, only a proportion of guests are on a programme, and the RoseBar clientele skews towards a serious longevity crowd who are there for the diagnostics. Adults only, with a minimum age of sixteen.
What makes Six Senses Ibiza different?
A hyperbaric chamber and a functional medicine doctor on a Mediterranean beach. RoseBar gives this property genuine longevity infrastructure that no other Balearic resort has, and it sits alongside a 1,200 square metre spa with the only hammam on the island and organic gardens feeding both the treatments and the bar. It solves the problem of wanting real longevity work without committing to an Alpine clinic.
How much does Six Senses Ibiza cost?
Prices are being integrated. Note the structure: the programme, the room and the food are three separate numbers, with food quoted according to the meal plan you choose. Rates also move sharply with season on Ibiza. Contact us for a current quote and we will confirm it directly with the property.
What are the alternatives to Six Senses Ibiza?
In Spain, SHA Wellness Clinic near Alicante and ZEM Wellness Clinic in Altea are far more medical and far less of a holiday, and Marbella Club offers a comparable resort-with-a-programme balance on the mainland coast. Within the group, Six Senses Douro Valley is the quieter equivalent and Six Senses Crans-Montana the Alpine one. For longevity diagnostics specifically, Clinique La Prairie Montreux and Chi Longevity are the serious comparisons.
What is RoseBar?
A 500 square metre longevity club within the resort, and the thing that separates Six Senses Ibiza from every other property in the Balearics. It holds a hyperbaric chamber, full body cryotherapy, photobiomodulation therapy, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, medical consultation rooms and an intravenous nutrition station, with a functional medicine doctor, a health coach and a nutritionist on site. The stated aim is measurable diagnostics and biological age rather than relaxation.
Is the food included in the programme price?
No, and the property is explicit about it. Every programme includes menu and dietary guidelines built for that programme, but the food itself is charged separately and the final cost depends on the meal plan you choose. Add programme, room and food together before comparing this against an all-inclusive retreat.
What do the four programmes actually involve?
They share a three-part structure: Body, meaning the treatments, Movement, meaning the training, and Mind work, meaning meditation, pranayama and sound healing. Detox adds a yogic intestinal cleanse and biohacking, Sleep adds sleep tracking and the Dreamcatcher massage, Fitness adds intermittent hypoxia training, Normatec compression boots and cryotherapy, and Discover Yoga is built around personalised hatha practice.
Is this the party side of Ibiza?
The opposite. Cala Xarraca is on the northern coast near Portinatx, roughly as far from the southern club strip as the island allows, on the rugged pine-covered side. It is about forty-five minutes from the airport. You would have to make a deliberate effort to encounter the Ibiza of the popular imagination from here.
Do I need yoga experience for the yoga programme?
No. Discover Yoga is explicitly designed for complete novices looking for an enjoyable body and mind practice, with the aim of understanding how the body engages in each posture. It also adapts upward for more seasoned practitioners, so a couple at different levels can do it together.
