ADLER Balance is an adults-only medical spa and health residence in the heart of Val Gardena. It combines the serene beauty of the Dolomites with a medical spa. It feels like "The Home of Silence": an atmosphere where guests can step away from daily pressures and focus entirely on restoring body and mind.
The ADLER Med centre is the cornerstone of the experience. It offers medical wellness programs in weight management, detox, and stress management, each available in Essential (2–4 nights) and Intensive (7–14 nights) formats. Every program begins with a in-depth medical consultation and diagnostics, and is supported by personalised food plans, targeted therapies, and professional coaching throughout the stay.
The resort itself is built to Klimahaus-A ecological standards, with organic timber construction and untreated hardwood interiors that create a warm, grounding ambience. Panoramic views of Ortisei and the surrounding peaks complete the picture, a place where medical precision meets alpine tranquillity.
The property
ADLER Med approach
The ADLER Med method is built on five pillars of specialism: detoxification, weight loss and nutrition, stress management, aesthetic medicine, and prevention and anti-ageing. Each programme is shaped by an initial medical consultation and a suite of diagnostic tools, bioimpedance analysis, bioelectric check-ups, PPG Stress Flow assessment, blood panels, and more, to create a precise picture of the guest's current health status.
From this foundation, the medical team designs a tailored therapeutic plan that may include IV therapies, NanoVi regenerative sessions, cryotherapy, ozone therapy, colon hydrotherapy, and ADLER's own signature body treatments. Essential programmes offer a focused introduction over 2–4 nights, while Intensive tracks deepen the intervention over 7–14 nights with additional diagnostics, more treatment sessions, and private coaching. Follow-up consulting after departure helps consolidate results at home.
Food at ADLER Balance
Nutrition is integral to every ADLER Med programme. Guests on a structured programme receive a personalised dietary plan designed by the resort's specialists, aligned with their specific health objectives, whether weight loss, detox support, or stress reduction. The cuisine draws on fresh, locally sourced Alpine ingredients and Mediterranean influences, emphasising clean flavours and nutritional balance.
Two distinct dining options are available, allowing guests to choose between a lighter, wellness-focused menu and a more indulgent gourmet experience. Individually prepared teas and herbal infusions from the resort's own herb garden complement every meal, supporting hydration and therapeutic goals throughout the day.
The spa and the rooms
The resort centres around the AGUANA water world, a spacious pool and sauna landscape with several indoor and outdoor pools, various saunas, and dedicated relaxation zones. A 350 m² fitness centre offers innovative equipment and a professionally supervised programme of courses, from yoga to guided outdoor activities in the surrounding Dolomites.
Accommodation is exclusively in suites, each built with organic timber to Climate House A standards. Untreated larch, oak, stone pine, and elm create a naturally fragrant atmosphere, while private balconies offer panoramic views of Ortisei and the peaks beyond.
