How the body is handling stress, put into numbers. A medical consultation, a cortisol profile taken across the day, a mitochondrial function assessment and 24 hours of heart rate variability monitoring.

It answers one question well: whether the load has started to show in the physiology, and how quickly the body recovers when it stops.

Half a day, and the shortest way to get a real baseline. Laboratory work across 40 parameters in blood and urine, resting ECG, 3D body scan, lung function and grip strength. Then eyesight and eye pressure, arterial stiffness, skin cancer screening, a CNS test and a prostate or breast examination.

Results are presented back with recommendations and an action plan on the same visit.

Hormones, diagnostics and training for women, built around the life stage they are in. Medical and lifestyle evaluation, metabolic age assessment, hormone testing, epigenetics and genetics. Then resistance training sessions, breathwork and a doctor consultation to read the results back.

Hormone replacement therapy, heavy metals and a neurocognitive assessment can be added after the consultation.

A full day, and the first tier that includes the genetic and epigenetic work. It adds food intolerance screening, an exercise ECG, densitometry, body composition, an MRI of the abdomen and chest, and an A.G.E. reader. The laboratory panel widens to 50 parameters.

Two to three days, and the one people fly in for. The laboratory panel runs to 60 parameters and is age adapted, and the imaging adds a three quarter body MRI, echocardiography and carotid ultrasound.

Beyond that it is the tests the other tiers leave out: microbiome analysis, heavy metals, a helicobacter test, glucose monitoring, posturography and videodermoscopy.

Blood and blood derived material collected here, prepared and frozen to clinical grade, then stored in Swiss regulated GMP facilities for twenty years and beyond.

The price covers the consultation, the collection, the processing and the first year of storage. Storage after that is charged separately, so ask for the annual figure before quoting.

What follows the assessment, and their own name for it. A written plan, then the interventions, then quarterly or annual review that changes the plan when the markers move.
